Leslie Meyers brings more than two decades of experience specializing in Jewish Community Center growth and success, most recently the executive director of the Shames JCC on the Hudson. She is a graduate of the Institute for Jewish Executive Leadership, a partnership between UJA Federation and Columbia Business School. She integrates the values of Chesed and Tikkun Olam in all that she does, combining her deep knowledge of the Jewish community with her passion for leadership and community building. As senior director for EXOS, Leslie oversees all of EXOS’ JCC partnerships throughout the country and strives to ensure their success and financial growth.
In addition to being the executive director at the Shames JCC on the Hudson, Leslie worked as the chief experience officer at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, director of fitness and wellness for the 92nd Street Y's May Center for Health Fitness and sport and fitness manager at the Oshman Family JCC in Palo Alto. Leslie’s career has been the perfect blend of JCC experience and fitness operations. She specializes in building high-performing teams, creating a culture of program innovation, and exceeding financial expectations.
